安全阀反力问题 最近照着manual想算个加热器的安全阀推力,由加热器安全阀引出管子对大气排汽;在动态计算relief loads模块中输入一系列参数后结果发现subsonic vent exit limit的数值老是小于一,不清楚到底哪有问题 ----------------- 输入安全阀参数如下: 350°温度 6。83MPa 压力 65mm 阀孔直径 125mm 阀出口管径 125mm 放空管直径 18000mm 放空管总长 1.1 水蒸气比热 285 气体常数 N 是否伞状 N 是否自动计算放空管 ----------------- 计算结果:subsonic vent exit limit=0.117 ------------------ 所以比较迷惑,希望大侠帮助解决,谢谢。。。 回答:This isn't a question I can answer specifically. This is an involved procedure where all the input values interact. However, from looking at your data, my first "guess" would be that the "stack length" is too long. A "word of caution" here, this procedure came from a single ASME paper published in 1975 - "Steam flow Through Safety Valve Vent Pipes", by Brandmaier and Knebel. I've never encountered any additional publications corraborating the methods discussed in this paper. In our Dynamics Seminar, I warn users: (a) where this method came from, (b) that this is basically a proposed procedure by two people, (c) if you have a better source for the thrust force use it, and (d) this procedure should only be used as a last resort. |
