摘 要:结合实际的工程例题,比较了AutoPSA与CAESAR II在弹簧选型方面的异同。考虑到热态吊零、冷态吊零以及各种弹簧选取方式,探讨了AutoPSA弹簧设计的基本功能。针对管道的多工况运行状态,AutoPSA提供了多载荷工况弹簧支吊架设计方法。AutoPSA全面支持不规则弹簧表,可以处理支吊架脱空现象。在弹簧支吊架选型中,AutoPSA选型准确、适用范围广、使用简单方便,能够满足电力、石化、化工、建筑等行业的工程应用。算例表明AutoPSA与CAESAR II分析结果非常吻合,并在某些功能上超越了后者。 关键词:弹簧选型;热态吊零;冷态吊零;多载荷工况设计;不规则弹簧表;支吊架脱空 中图分类号:TU4 文献标识号:B
Pipe hanger spring design comparison between AutoPSA and CAESAR II ZHANG Shu-jun LI Guo-bin CHEN Bai-lian (UESoft Corp., Changsha 410013 China) Abstract: the hanger spring design of AutoPSA and CAESAR II is compared with some actual engineering examples. The paper provided result about basic analysis such as hot load design, cold load design and several spring selected methods. Considering multiple operating cases of pipe system, multiple load case design is adopted in AutoPSA. AutoPSA is accurate and universal, thus suitable for engineering application in power, oil and gas, chemical industry, etc. The results of evaluated examples demonstrate that AutoPSA is comparable with CAESAR II, and exceed the latter in some domain.
