想当初与某大型三维设计供应商人员私下聊天还说，干嘛不收购应力分析软件，老让咱们设计院今天搞这接口，明天搞那接口的，这可不是咱的专业。可人家还说了，担心收购太多东西，容易造成行业垄断，对企业发展不利。

INTERGRAPH真是牛，敢想敢干。这招真是厉害，至少可利用CAESARII的市场推广SMART3D，绝对有很大的市场价值。

目前的三维设计平台最大的问题没有兼容各专业软件，这一直是个瓶径问题。INTERGRAPH此举很可能又会推动新一轮三维设计平台集成大战。

这的确值得深思。2008年由美国开始的次贷危机，与经济波动规律的周期相叠加，形成了波及全球的金融危机，造成了各行业的萧条。工程设计软件行业也是如此。次贷危机说明一个简单的道理，想不劳而获是不可能的，无论是美国人还是其他人，只有付出艰辛(不管是体力还是脑力)劳动，才能创造价值。

工程设计行业软件的洗牌，Intergraph收购COADE如果是真的，说明应力分析软件是一个狭窄的市场，其实即使工厂设计软件也是一个很小的市场。CAD软件的未来方向，一个是协同，一个是通用，一个是与ERP集成为一体。UESOFT将沿着这样的战略方向前进。
